Chef Carlos

Chef Carlos is a self-taught chef and has been cooking Italian for almost 20 years. Coming to the United States from
Mexico, Chef Carlos began as a dishwasher at the age of 17 in an Italian restaurant, where his passion took hold.
"The passion born in me that day has never left me, I cannot imagine doing anything else."
Some of the Isabella menu items are classic Italian, but a lot of the recipes are of his own creations. Chef Carlos
has also been known to make for customers special Italian dishes that are not on the menu.
His favorite dish is the Osso Bucco and the Chocolate Coconut Torte for dessert.
